Partial List of Clients and Projects

Apple Computer, Inc.

Custom interactive training software, four projects
Interactive Demos of Apple Products, five projects

In 1993, Lumigenic Media programmed and mastered the CD ROM Demos for Apple's year-end promotional package. Time and money were tight, but Apple had both Mac and Windows CD ROMs sent out to over 10,000 dealers on time.

You can view three screen shots from the Apple High-Performance CD Multimedia Kits interactive demonstration, about 25K each. Potential clients can borrow a copy of the CD-ROM, for Windows or Macintosh, from Lumigenic Media.

In 1994 Apple called on Lumigenic Media to work on the interactive brochure for its Newton®MessagePad®. In 1995 Apple came back to Lumigenic Media to update the piece for its new MessagePad 120. The presentation is now distributed on the internet and on the internal hard drives of Apple's machines.

Computer Curriculum Corp.

Multimedia presentations, two projects
Courseware Prototyping, two projects

Lumigenic Media created multimedia prototypes for CCC's new educational software. Integrating digital video and push-button user interfaces, Lumigenic Media's expertise in interactive scripting saved the in-house staff days of work.

Because Lumigenic Media's work for CCC has dealt with unreleased products, we are unable to show examples.

3Com Corporation

Digital Video for Trade Show

Lumigenic Media used computer animation, digital audio, and non-linear video editing to build two presentations on 3Com's network product offerings for use at trade shows.

Digital Dynamics, Inc.

Animated Video of Factory Concept

Lumigenic Media used perspective illustration combined with computer animation to produce a clear visual explanation of Digital Dyanmics' plan for a multi-million dollar automated factory.

You can look at a few still images from that animated video, about 18K each.

Levi Strauss & Co.

Multimedia video presenting the seminar "A Day in the Future" to management

"In spite of such short notice, [Lumigenic] immediately offered us the kind of commitment and trust we look for in a long-term business relationship. With very little direction, they were able to turn out a wonderful piece of work on a very tight deadline. The look of the presentation was striking. We got back just what we had envisioned." -- Patrick Combs, Associate Producer

nView Corporation Computer Display Manufacturer

Multimedia marketing presentations, eight projects
Video Laserdisc including 3D Animation of products

Over a relationship spanning several years, Lumigenic Media created several disk-based product demos for nView's LCD projection panels. In 1993 we were selected to produce their most ambitious electronic marketing project to date, a LaserDisc featuring extensive 3D animation of nView's products, combined with video footage taken from spacecraft and aircraft, by free-falling parachutists, and by underwater photographers including Lumigenic Media's own Marc Shargel. Perhaps the most extraordinary aspect of this long-term, successful business relationship is that it was conducted without the benefit of face-to-face meetings: the two companies are located approximately 3000 miles apart.

"This is terrific... Take a well-deserved rest and bask in the glory."
"Marc, I love it. I love it, I love it, I love it... Send my congratulations to your team." -- Alicia Blanchard, Product Marketing Manager

You may view screen shots of 3D animation from the Laser Videodisc, 5K to 16K each.

Scotts Village Center Merchants Association

30-Second TV commercial

Twenty-six merchants from a single center in Scotts Valley, California wanted a stand-out television ad with a unique style. Lumigenic Media combined still photography and computer animation with a "rhythm/rap" sound track to produce a TV spot that caught cable viewer's attention for months.

"We were very impressed with the quality of what we got for our budget; in fact, it exceeded our expectations. We got exactly what you represented you would do." -- Grant Fellersen, Store Owner

Two sequences of still shots from the animated TV spot are available, totalling 73K and 48K respectively.

Trumpeter Corporation, Medical Division

Animated Video Demonstrating Product Concept

"We were more than pleased with the result. The short production time, cost saving over prototyping, and the control we had over demonstration of complex engineering features, have established [desktop] video animation as our new presentation media standard. We look forward to working with [Lumigenic Media] for future needs..."  -- Andy Gibbs, President

You may view selected still screen shots of Trumpeter's product animation, 5K to 16K each.
